FREE postage on all orders over $70 *within Australia sent with Sendle -  a trackable service that offers delivery in 2 or more business days (from dispatch). Tracking details of your purchase will be sent to your email.

*Orders under $70 incur a $5 postage fee.

Australia post Express postage is available at a discounted cost of $8 - guaranteed next day delivery from day of postage. Tracking details of your purchase will be sent to your email.

International orders will be sent with Sendle. This is a reliable trackable service that takes 6 to 14 days depending on your location. Purchases under $120 - $15 shipping. Purchases over $120 - $10 shipping. Spend over $250 and it's on us!

Returns

Change of mind or buying a gift - No problem,  we are more than happy to offer an exchange or a credit note within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Credit notes will be issued as a digital gift card and are valid for 12 months.

Please note that returns can only be accepted in their original packaging, unworn and returned within the specified timeframe.

Faulty/damaged items - Everything we make is made by hand in our Sydney studio, checked thoroughly and packaged carefully into our custom jewellery box before it makes it's way to you. Occasionally things happen and If you feel your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please. Send us an email with a photograph and description of the problem and we will assess it from there. Faulty items are fully refundable.

Repairs

Repairs

Pretty much all of our jewellery can be repaired,  most of the time we can do this for a very small fee or even for free! We will try our best to make you extremely happy.

There are a few exceptions - crystals are fragile and we can not take responsibility if they are dropped as they generally chip or crack! Superfine chain can stretch and sometimes break when caught or tugged.
